Seller asking for paypal address?

I ordered an item and it didn't arrive so I messaged the seller, he said he would send me another one so i waited again and it also didn't arrive (both over 30 days of waiting). So I messaged the seller again and he says he will give me a refund but he needs my Paypal address, which I can't type in the message since eBay blocks it, what do I do?

Send your email address to your seller using email, not eBay's messaging system.

You will find the seller's email address in your transaction record at PayPal.

And once you have done that, don't sit around too long waiting. A PP refund is practically instant.

You have only 45 days to open an Item Not Received Dispute. Open it on Day 43 to make sure. Protect your pocketbook.
