Be careful.
The seller can still leave you a negative even if you cancel the order. Cancelling the order will actually give them a reason for them to leave you bad feedback.
Here is the link: http://ocsnext.ebay.ca/ocs/ip?segmentId=19999&query=Cancel+an+order&topicId=348. You can select the item they bought, and it will lead you from there.
Did the buyer pay yet...or did they not pay? If they did not, you should open a UPI case instead of cancelling.

You have good advice about the UID.
If he's just out for revenge, he may not want to pay out money too.
You can open the Unpaid Item Dispute after 96hours and close it 96 hours after that.
It's too late for these preventative steps in this situation, but for future reference, it would be a good idea to stop buying on this account where you also sell.
You have enough feedback to use this account as your selling account only and to open a new one for buying.
Both accounts can use the same Paypal account.
When you have a Dispute with a member (buying or selling), it is wise to add her to your Blocked Bidder List. You can also Block all communications from the Blocked member.
And speaking of Blocks, go to your Seller Preferences and enable an automatic Block on bidders who have Unpaid Item Strikes. Once of the most useful options eBay has given sellers.

Once, I made an offer on something and the seller declined it. They later went to a $250 item I had on and made an offer for $.99 on it!
Declined and blocked them...
Then they got out another account and made the same offer on the same item!
Declined and blocked them...
That is why some people have buying-only accounts.
