Seller dailyappliance2010 sent me wrong item & no response & eBay don't help me out. I am very angry

I bought 6.5 ft rainbow color luggage belt (item #370765728162) from dailyappliance2010 from April. They sent me the wrong item & promise to replace it but nothing. After my waiting for replacement period, it is over 45 days already & no response & no replacement from seller & eBay can't help me out. I try to contact the seller again but eBay stop me to do that.

Please note eBay protection plan won't 100% protect you. We have to take own risk. It is small money for me & I won't buy large amount item but I don't want other people step into the trap.

The protection plan would have helped you, if you had used it. You were strung along and delayed by a shady seller. Never ever let the 45 days period pass no matter what the seller is saying.
