Sellers check your Dec monthly invoice cause Ebay screws up again

Yes as usual Ebay screws up again for an other month on ther invoices

I get a 20 percent discount on my billing

So this is the second invoice in a row where its screwed up as it was in Oct -Nov

So now I have to call ebay accounting to fix and they still have not corrected the OCT-NOV invoice

This Nov-Dec invoice total before discount is 93.15 so after discount should be 74.52 mean while the invoices say 77.39 is due

not only that was told last month invoice would be correct and be reflected on this NOV-DEC invoice so no credit is showing for the error ebay accounting did admit too and they said it would be corrected as I was not the only one that had the problem last month but it seems EBAY HAS SCREWED  up again this invoice cycle.

Makes me wonder whos working in ther accounting department that don't know how to operate a sytem unless its doen on purpose to collect extra money from sellers.

So every one check your monthly invoices twice cause ebay has incompetent people and a lousy accounting system.

If this keeps up by ebay we should all consider lawsuit

No discount on the shipping FVF -- eBay's way to encourage TRS sellers to have shipping included in the sale price (aka "free").

Are you sure that you didn't receive a credit for last month?  On my current inovice it shows my previous balance at the top and shows that I paid less than that balance to account for the missing fvf.
