Selling on Ebay.com

If I understand this correctly, anyone can sell on Ebay.com? I have sold five items on Ebay.ca and all sold to Canadians because they didn't automatically list on Ebay.com. I want to list on Ebay.com as well. How do I do that and is there restrictions (number of feedbacks from sales, etc.)? The shipping on my Ebay.ca listings states that the U.S. is included. Shouldn't it automatically list on Ebay.com? Thanks anyone who can help.

Put a shipping cost in the USA in the shipping section.

Add a worldwide cost and ya got "The world in your hands".

you've ticked off usa, but done something wrong filling in the international part of the shipping form.  Fix that and it will show up on .com the same as if it was listed there

Google Ebay.com put in your ID, click search and see if your store comes up.
