Your advise would be highly appreciated on this matter:
According to my description : "Items are shipped within 1 business day after receiving a cleared payment"
Under the the Shipping option - Standard international - USD 3.49
I sold an item and shipped it within one working day.
After a few day I received a message from the buyer that he didn't get the product, he said he paid $3.49 for one day shipping.and its been about a week. He doesn't want the product and asked for refund.
I explained him the difference between shipping time and delivery times and told him he is welcome to return the product and receive a full refund.
The item delivered 10 day after shipment and I received a neutral feedback saying improper info on shipping.
Can I do something about it? is the info is miss-leading in sny way? (of course there is no way to deliver item within 1 day to US from Taiwan)

Hi formosabeauty.. an extreme example of buyer stupidity but ebay will not remove. Buyer would have to agree to a revision...

You can add a Response to his feedback. The most effective Responses are calm and factual. Responses are not required to be positive.
"paid 2//2/13 shipped 2/3/13 recieved in Taiwan 2/13/13" for example.
