Seriously??? Again?
I've used both explorer and google chrome and will be damned if I go to yet another search engine in order to print my labels properly. This is ridiculous and we're fed up with it. It amazes me how each time we get our top seller rating back all **bleep** happens to take it away. Like THAT isn't planned.
Now eBay, send me another survey 😉 Ask me why I wouldn't recommend eBay to others... dare ya!

Chrome has never worked properly for me for labels since about October of 2013. It's always produced postage-stamp size labels after that point.
I switched back to IE and used 'pococomputing's' margin fix, and haven't had any issues since then. If you haven't already tried this, open IE, look for the drop-down options at top right (or top left). Choose "Print" (it might be "File" on the older IE versions), then "SETUP", select "Portrait" if not already set, and "Shrink to Fit". Then make sure your margins are set at 0.5 inches (1.3 mm).
This should ensure that the whole label gets downloaded within the printable page area, so that nothing is cut off at the right-hand side. I was having trouble with the label bar code not reading because a tiny portion was getting cut off -- since I did this fix, it's been fine with IE10 and IE11.
