I had a seller contact me that wanted to bid on an item and could not because this is what came up:

You have to add the buyer to the buyer requirements exemption list. This bypasses your buyer requirements and allows the buyer to bid on your items. Here is the exemption list page.

The one Requirement that I would not waive is Blocking bidders with Unpaid Item Strikes.
