I am currently dealing with a buyer who claims he never received his items, even though I have a tracking number which shows he signed for it.
He has started to fill my inbox with threatening emails and vulgarity, and frankly it is freaking my wife out!
Looking at this guy's feedback, it would appear he has done this before. This type of sociopath should not be allowed on ebay!
I am not sure how to handle this.

If he is contacting you through the eBay email forwarding system, forward vulgar or threatening emails to them as they will take steps to deal with it.
If he is sending these messages by email, send copies to abuse care of his ISP. They will also take steps to curtail his threats and vulgarity.
In the interim, if he is contacting you by regular email, block future emails from him. You are not required to tolerate morons who think the world revolves around them.
Good luck,

I had a problem with a jerk from Alberta a while ago with the same threatening demeaning emails. I contacted ebay and they said I should work it out with the buyer. I just ignored the emails, posted my neg on his fb, and the emails stopped. I noticed the same guy went from having 2 or 3 negs on each fb page to having none. Maybe he actually learned something.
