Was your seller using the Global Shipping Program?
The parcel was sent to the GSP plant in KY. That's as far as the USPS tracking will take it.
After that the GSP tracking is basically not public.
Don't worry.
If the item does not arrive by 20 days after purchase, start an Item Not Received dispute and get your money back. But you'll have it well before then.
Tracking protects sellers from specious INR disputes. Tracking proves to Paypal that the item was delivered . It is of no use to buyers.
Except emotionally.
