Troubles with seller:

Buyers be aware seller is very bad seller.  Check out their feedbacks and pay attention to negative feedbacks.  Almost all of them "item not received" and always seller's response "pls contact first"  Well I did not receive my item and I contacted them countless times and always they say: sorry we are looking into it wait more.  Actually to me it looks like they do not read messages at all they automatically send response.  My item according to seller supposed to be at my place the latest March 17 2014.  I never receive anything but apologies from seller.  Dispute escalated to claim still waiting because seller do not respond even to PayPal.

Very, very bad seller the best thing is to avoid them

As you can see the name of the seller has been removed by the mods, because we cannot 'name and shame' members.

You did the right thing. You will (eventually) get your money back. The claim and the refund will be on the seller's record along with the negs and the undoubtedly trashed Detailed Seller Ratings

 

When you order, don't just look at the feedback percentage. Also check the number of complaints, if there have been more recently and suddenly, Look at the Detailed Seller Ratings. Anything below 4.5 is a red flag.

Read the FB looking for patterns. Is the seller shipping counterfeits? Slow to ship? Using Surface shipping from overseas?
