You did the right thing. You will (eventually) get your money back. The claim and the refund will be on the seller's record along with the negs and the undoubtedly trashed Detailed Seller Ratings
When you order, don't just look at the feedback percentage. Also check the number of complaints, if there have been more recently and suddenly, Look at the Detailed Seller Ratings. Anything below 4.5 is a red flag.
Read the FB looking for patterns. Is the seller shipping counterfeits? Slow to ship? Using Surface shipping from overseas?
