Try to contact seller about the description of an item and do not get a response.

There is a listing on ebay where the description does not match the photo. The member has a 90%+ rating. I have now sent 2 emails for clarification, but have not had any reply. I even mentioned that I would purchase the item, but still no response / clarification. What can I do?

If the seller only has a 90 feedback and does not answer questions then I would move on.

I think we can guess why his feedback is so low.

You could order the item and take a chance that it will be better than your worst guess.

It probably won't be, but some people juggle geese.

As Toby_le_pue said - move on. I wouldn't give this seller my business or any more of my time.  Clearly doesn't deserve (or, apparently, want) it.

If it IS truly a one-of-a-kind, chance-of-a-lifetime item, maybe you want to take the chance, if the price is right.

Otherwise, look elsewhere.
