Trying to charge me .30 listing fee when it's 100 free per day. Why

Supposed to get 100 free listings per day and the .30 fee comes up when I try to relist or start from scratch. Never happened before.

I agree.....I remember this popping up a year or so back where they cancelled the listing fee after the fact but in this case I think I'll just wait for them to fix it.

Same thing happened to me unless I took the items out of the usual category I used. But then of course they were in the wrong category. I found nothing in the promotion fine print to indicate that certain categories weren't free. What category were you using?

It works if you list on eBay.com

but if listing on eBay.ca it does not work properly, it either uses up a regular monthly free listing or it wants to charge you.  I do wish ebay actually had some people to do proper Quality Control when making changes.
