While reading the US Power Seller list this evening I came across the thread entitled "A Need To Vent".
The OP, barimenswear , uses Twitter in his listings!
Here's a blurb from his posting which contains nothing negative so I assume it is okay to post here:
Communication: We have hired an additional person to help with emails. We have implemented an incredible FAQ page. We have implemented TWITTER on our listings for real time updates. We have implemented a Customer Touch Program for upset buyers, wherein we get their numbers and call them directly. We are answering more emails after hours again (which stinks by the way).
Perhaps contact him/her or take a look at their listings. They are biggie sellers and I'm sure they have information about Twitter to share.
