Two stamps one Victoria,and another Schinde Dawk stolen in Canada Post

Some time ago my two stamps sent from Toronto were stolen, these were registered. I did receive a letter saying that they were investigating. I have no news.

Were they sent within Canada or out of the country?  International investigations can sometimes times take a while.  How long ago did you receive the letter?

Were you the buyer or the seller?

Who are "they"? EBay? Canada Post? RCMP?

What does the Canada Post website show when you enter the Registered Mail number?

Did you start a Claim with eBay? If the seller cannot prove electronically that the item was delivered (not sent, delivered) the buyer will be refunded. The buyer has only 45 days from purchase to open such a claim.
