Aargh! I got a wacko on my hands! Here's the scoop.

She buys 3 outfits. She goes thru my checkout, pays thru paypal. I ship.

a few days later, she buys 3 more outfits. Nothing. 3 day reminder goes out, she responds saying she paid. I say 'NO, you paid for the 1st order!'. She goes thru checkout, aborts and doesn't pay. I wait a day, then send a paypal invoice.

she responds, says she's already paid. I say 'NO, you paid for the 1st order!). I send the invoice again. She pays. I ship.

Today she files a dispute with Paypal, stating 'items significantly not as described'. Neither of her parcels have arrived yet. She types in a nutty message to paypal about paying 3 times and me ripping her off. Paypal denies and defers the claim.

Then, she sends me this email thru ebay, using 'ask seller about this item'.

i checked all my paypal and paid payments and you got paid three times and i want my mony back i paid you 67.74 for the same order and you cliamed that i did not i have the proof of all payments and the dates that i kept paying you i do know you can do this but you will not get away with this i want my money back today or i will file so many complaints with ebay,paypal,police,and all the law that i can send your way want my money today!!!!!

I responded with all tracking #s, MW invoice #s for the two separate orders, and an itemized list of the items she bought. As well as the explanation below. Haven't heard back, but it's only been a couple of hours.

Here's what I *think* happened. First, she was dropped on her head as a baby. Secondly, the dollar amounts are very similar, only being off by about $2. I think that for the 2nd transaction, in her paypal account the manual invoice I sent is marked as 'paid', then paypal enters a SECOND line-item for the payment, so it shows up twice (different wording) and is only subtracted once.

I've reported her for a threatening email, but since she isn't threatening BODILY harm it will probably go nowhere. I've blocked her as a bidder.

Have I missed anything? X-(

What about getting her phone number and calling her. It sounds like she's not getting your emails. Call her and tell her you've been emailing since (date) and sent X emails to her, check your spam/deleted folders etc. Make nice-nice even while you grit your teeth. 😉

When it sounds like a buyer hasn't been getting my emails I usually write via eBay's email system before I resort to phoning.

Reported her enough times for her email address, and she's been naru'd.



So, she emails me this morning claiming that she didn't get one of the 3 outfits in the last shipment. They definitely were shipped together, and tracking shows the package was received.

i have not received the purple outfit .i got the others but not this one can you please be so kind as to please sent it .it has been over a month and i have no track number for this .i email ebay and i will have my account next week and as you know i do not want to give you problems but wow i want my outfit so please send it.

here is what i got 477743677 ,476264210,they came in a two large envelope that were taped together i did get 476263310 .maybe some one forgot to put in same order or something happened because honestly i did not get my purple outfit please be a friend find for me or we are going to get some one from ebay and paypal to help us because i did not get the 476263310 !!!!. i would not be asking you for it if it was here i got all of then expect this . if i do not them get i will not any choice but have ebay and paypal involved because some did not put this outfit in with the others. i do not want to make trouble for you this why i am trying to work with but it seems like you do not care or believe me and i like you so much and I'm a good customer and i want to keep a friendship between you and i but i want what i pay for some made a mistake please find out because its my money that i spend and i paid for it and just like you want payment i want my burgundy salwar kameez.and like i said two outfits came and where is this one ???.please help me i do not want to give a bad feedback or harm you in any way.
or refund my money in full with my shipping cost because i did not get it.

Now, I have tracking, and the weight definitely corresponds to three outfits. Does it seem like she's saying it was damaged in shipping?

A total nut, it would seem, and she is wasting tons of your time and causing you endless grief. Thank goodness I have only 'enjoyed' one or two of these customers, but I feel for you. I guess I would reluctantly phone her-- I have found a couple of customers who came across as loss causes through email were pretty reasonable on the phone, and the simple things that they just could not understand in emails they could comprehend over the phone. I'm just worried that when she gets reinstated she'll neg me.

I explained that I DON'T HAVE the outfit, that I did ship it, and that the weight reflected in the postage reinforces that. I'm wondering if the envelope was damaged in shipping, but I can't really tell from her tirade.

"i did get 476263310" seems to say that she rec'd the outfit.

Right now you can block her emails and block her from bidding but phone her and with caller id, you can expect "your friend" to call you at all hours of the day and night.

She is a nutcase. She doesnt know what she bought, what was shipped, what was paid for nor what was received.

I say ignore her or file a claim for a lost item if you wish but dont correspond with her anymore, it only encourages more of this type of crap from her and while it may be funny for us to read, I am certain that in her world, it is very serious and nothing you can say will appease her as she has in her mind what she expects, whether she ordered it and paid for it, received it or not.

yes i did put a claim on my paypal because on my account there is payments sent three times i did tell you about this and you said paypal made a mistake i have that email so i took the claim off and they trying see why that payment is paid three times i have said that you did not do this i think that there is a mistake on my account so i know that you are honest and i took the claim off and i did tell you that i was sorry and i would fix this matter on my own and that is what I'm doing for that problem.i have your emails but i can not answer all of them because i have a very bad lupus and i have a bad heart and i just had a heart attack some months ago and i can not stress and worry i need rest and I'm on a wheel chair and i need help getting around so i can not email every body because i do not have some one to help me to get on my computer and when i do have help i must go to the doctors and i get blood tests every two days and cat scan for my bones because they are wasting away so if i do not answer all the times I'm sorry i do not have choice and i wish i did .i am only 49 yrs old and i feel like I'm 94 yrs old there are days when i can not even move so I'm very sorry that you think that I'm not working with you that why i have not done any harm to you because I'm trying to be a good person.if i would have my outfit believe me i would not bother you because that is how you are making me feel like I'm bothering you and giving you a hard time and that is not true .the envelope was in very good condition no one temper with them and i just do not know what happened to my outfit but i think that you will not help me because you think that I'm lying to you and that is not true you are the only seller that did not completed my order and i have tried to be kind and patent but as the days goes by i do not have my outfit i think that this is not working because you say that you mail it and i never got it and i can not keep doing this to my self I'm the one is losing and I'm the one that lost and you will never send me my outfit and you do not care because got paid and i got no outfit that just disappear and i will never see it.i do pray that you have a good time because i will not rest till i get my outfit even if it kills me i will get my outfit because some one messed up and i am the loser because i know from your email that you are not going to help me out.

It sounds to me like you've got someone who's 2 fries short of a happy meal (as one of the US board members uses for a siggie) -- I can't even understand what she's saying. She's probably a recent immigrant who doesn't understand English too well yet.

Anyhow, I just wanted to suggest that, if you decide to call her, be sure to dial *67 before you dial her number so that, if she has call display, you'll show up as "private name, private number". That way at least she can't start harassing you by telephone!

Hope this works out for you - what a miserable thing to go through for a few bucks!

By the way, I'm old enough! I want a purple outfit too - with a red hat please! Glenda

to tell you the truth, I think she's too much of a friggin' wack-job to even consider talking to. My gawd, she'll probably have another heart attack while I'm talking! Ever notice how they pull out the death card when nothing else is working?

If she had emailed me, stating that one item hadn't been received, I'd have bent over backwards trying to figure out what went wrong. But she's been a pain in the patootie since day one, and honestly at this point I really don't believe a word she says. Although where she's comin' from, I don't know.

Notice she says that SHE called paypal off her complaint? B*ll, they took one look at it and closed it immediately.

The part I liked is when she apologized for not communicating with you more frequently.

I agree that raising severe medical problems weeks into the situation when nothing else seemed to work for her is probably more of a falicy or exaggeration than truth. Even so, how would her purported medical condition change this situation?

The other issue she has again raised is her claim to have paid three times. So not only is she denying she got the 3 items you sent with order no.2, she is back to claiming she paid for a 3rd order of 3 items.

There really is nothing more that you can do at this stage to help the situation.

If PayPal raises this with you, they will either confirm they erred and she paid 3 times but didnt credit you with the 3rd payment and they can refund her as I am certain you no longer have what everelse she wanted nor any desire to deal with her anymore. If PayPal attempt to follow-up on her missing one out of 3 items in your 2nd mailing, well I would refer to the content weight as being the same when shipped as when delivered and remind them of her other accusations about a 3rd PayPal payment.

If you wanted to be cruel, you could send her a series of emails at different times throughout the days and weeks as if you are looking into each of her complaints and yet consitently finding in your favour.

I must admit I am bothered by the tone of her final few lines, really classic schitzo.

Hi,
i see that you are angry but i have not accused you of any thing and i have been more than nice to you so i do not need for you blow up and tell me off i never got the outfit but you know what you can my outfit and my money this is not worth the hurt that you put in me i told you that I'm very ill and i do not need for some one that takes and blows up to make me sicker you have no idea the pain I'm in and my daily fight to stay a live so here what im going to do you can keep my money and my outfit and you can keep your piss off emails to your self i do hope that you are happy now .i do not believe you any more after this last email and i do need you to call me names or try to put words in my mouth you jump the gun and i do not want to deal with you any longer i hope you have a good healthy long life and always think of what you put me thur i never got my out fit and i will never for give you for that !!! so keep my money and my outfit but you will not keep calling me a lair .
