We are on our way to Toronto to meet our most recent granddaughter, Elsa, born at home (as her mommy wanted) this morning at 2:32am.

Both mother and baby are doing great.

Thank you all for your kind words and good wishes.

Travelling to Toronto and meeting a new grandchild the day he or she is born has been important to us, starting with Serena-Claire our first granddaughter, nearly sixteen years ago.  There is something very special with a newborn and it is a great sight to see grandma Mary carry the child in her arms. 

Life is good. 

Thank you Kalvin for the invitation but since you move the eBay Toronto Office downtown it is a bit more challenging to include eBay in our travel plans (the kids live on Royal York in Mimico).
