When adding an auction there is only the option of Canada Post. Pretty much wondering how this will work..

Not really useful, but eBay and Paypal have special agreements with UPS and with Canada Post to give special rates to eBay members who use those shippers.
They don't have such an agreement with Purolator.
Ask your Purolator rep if they have a calculator that you could add to your listings as a method of giving a price to your customers. I suspect many of them will be deeply suspicious of this, however. No reflection on you, (I'm in Ottawa and you have an excellent reputation here.) just a general observation.

Sounds reasonable, But in the meantime what should be put up for shipping?
