What courier will I get my package from if I'm ordering something from Korea? If my total is under $20 will I have to pay any fees?

Hi, and welcome to eBay.
Asian sellers usually ship items by regular mail, unless stated otherwise. It will be taken care by Canada Post when it will arrive
If the declared value is under 20$, no import duties should be charged.
Remember : regular mail from asia may take over one month to arrive. Don't forget the 45 days for opening paypal case for non recieved item, and the 60 days limit to leave evaluation.
