Hi everyone,
I recently made a purchase on eBay using PayPal. I received an e-mail saying I had not paid for the item after placing the order, but I knew I had already paid at the time of purchase, so I thought the money sent was just being slow. However, my seller recently opened a case stating that I have not paid for the item. I triple checked my PayPal transaction history, and it definitely shows that I have already paid. I'm slightly panicking now because it says I have until December 9th, 2013 to pay for the item. What can I do in this case?
Thank you so much to anyone who can help,
Vincent

Don't panic.
Within the Dispute, give the number of the PP payment.
It is possible that the seller has either a lapsed credit card filed with PP, or if he is very new, gave an incorrect creditcard number or email address.
Let the seller straighten it out.
You have up to 45 days from purchase to Dispute if your seller does not ship or refund. Mark Day 42 (for safety) on your calendar for reference.
