What does a C before a price mean?

What does the "C" before a price mean? It can't mean Canada as I have seen Texans and other American cities listing items with the "C" in front of the price!?

It does mean Canadian Dollars. It also means you are on ebay Canada. If you want to just see american dollars sign into ebay.com
