What does it mean when the quantity sold is more than the quantity available?

I noticed that an item I was purchasing was showing that 4 were available but 7 had been purchased, what does that mean? Will I still get my purchase?

When the listing started there would have been 11 items available. 7 have sold so now there is 4 left.
