What format does item location need to be posted in?

I keep trying to make an ebay listing. But it wont let me because it keeps saying I put my item location in wrong. What format do I need to post it in?

Iv'e tried

City, Province, Postal code

but it says its incorrect. what gives?

Just the postal code works for me.Doesn't matter if I leave out the space or use lower case, always works.

It still says invalid...I made sure to type it right format.

Standard advice, back out, close windows, re-start. Sometimes, forms do not forget when you try to re-type. PayPal Shipping is like that.

Are you on ca or com? I only sell on com and I never have a problem. I have to change location, sometimes, on old listings, that seem to have retained my old address in Ontario.

Google the postal code for your city hall, or the nearest fire hall.

Use that.

What eBay wants to show your customer is how far away you are, which affects shipping time and possibly import fees.

The municipal offices have a postal code that Canada Post will recognize. The problem may be that eBay is not recognizing your personal postal code.
