Hi,

It has been a long while since I have been in here.

I get tired and frustrate with members, which are not paying for the Auction they win .

in the last awhile I had few,

But it is the first time for me when I have a buyer winning two items, and had communicated trough 2 messages,

but as soon as the Auction Ended , Silence, No communication , No payment, nothing.

What is the Best Way to deal with buyers like that ??

Has  0  feedback, and it is nothing I can find about him/her.

and also with the new system of the feedback,,

The only ones which have  Neg. Feedback are the seller,

There is No buyer with Neg Feedback , only the seller.

Thanks

there is only one way to correctly handle non-paying buyers:

When you win an Unpaid Item Dispute, neither you nor the bidder can leave feedback. You cannot get negative feedback.

When you win an Unpaid Item Dispute, you get your selling fees back.

When you win an Unpaid Item Dispute, the bidder gets a Strike that makes it harder for him to bid on eBay in future.

Also, go to your Seller Preferences and put an automatic Block against bidders with Unpaid Item Disputes. This prevents the worst deadbeats from annoying you again.

Open an unpaid item case & let them take the strike.
Too many sellers get scared & cancel the sale but then wonder why there's so many non paying bidders on ebay

Thank you, for your response,

I am looking to do that,

the only think I feel sorry, is because I had good experience in the past with members with 0 feedback and new members.

One non payer is other than a "good" experience?

Running auctions, or having BIN w/o IPR, you will have non payers. By choosing those formats you are accepting that will happen. Budget for it, file the UID, close, and move on.

I have cancel request, refunds, returns. All part of doing business. They do not alter my "experience".
