I am a honest buyer i always ship within 3days or i well have a small delay because i work alot but all my customers get what they payed for always but now i get this kid with a diffrent girl name on paypal and a boys names name on ebay. andi did sent his item on the forth day and notified him aswell as others and others replied with understanding and being professional like most do and this kid did not reply untill he asked if his item was shipped witch clearly it was marked shipped then next e-mail i got was a file claim he wanted a refund on paypal because he did not get his items and says its been 3weeks but its only been 10- days and said on paypal canada to canada shipping 3-days max whaaaat when i use to buy from Canada it would take longer then that. few days later most of them received there items as for all of them pluss states too and funny this is I found the same item he was selling on his ebay a week ago and why did he buy it from me if he had them and said on paypal That I was a fraud and he had 15 of them, Funny Still today the case is open and unsure what to do should I call ebay and paypal but I Doubt they would help the seller so I have to give a refund to this kid and lose my item? After all this because of him I do not trust a lot on ebay and on certain purchase cost I well use Xpresspost if I new I would of used it on him and he just started on ebay too few months ago. Hmmmmm This kid is a big pain in my A$$.

Cool down.
That the names on the eBay and Paypal accounts do not match is no big deal. Many couples share these accounts. And even married couples do not necessarily have the same last name. As long as you shipped to the address on the Paypal payment within 7 days, you are covered by Seller Protection.
Your customer may not be able to read a calendar. I just glanced at mine and if someone had purchased on May 3 and not recieved the item by May 13, he might think that three weeks had passed. Of course, being really dumb would be necessary.
Within the dispute, give the date of the purchase, the date of the payment (if it is later) the date of the shipment and THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART, the invoice number of the Paypal shipment.
This number serves many purposes. Basically, it is a Canada Post bookkeeping number. But for some services it is also the insurance number and most important here, for some services it is the Delivery Confirmation /tracking number.
If the service you purchased was Expedited. ExpressPost or Tracked Package, the number will probably end the dispute. When USPS delivers the parcel, that will be recorded online, PP can see it , the case closes in your favour.
It sounds as if the buyer is also a seller. It is stupid of him to buy and sell with the same ID, but it is not unusual for sellers to find good buys on products from other sellers and purchase them for resale.
He may be trying to be mischievous by starting the Dispute, but it is equally likely that he is just impatient.

Sorry for criticizing but your lack of punctuations and paragraphs makes it difficult to read your post.
