Global Shipping is NOT in Canada.  It is in the USA.

Your parcel shipped by the seller in the USA first goes to the distribution centre in Kentucky and is then forwarded to you in Canada.

Several carriers are used for delivery in Canada.  If you received a notice of pick up, check who gave you the notice:  Canada Post?  FedEx? Canpar? etc..

Contact that carrier about picking up your parcel?
