My emails from PP often refer to a past customer - an Arabic name in Montreal.
He is a repeat and valued customer.
The actual email has the correct customer and so do the PP and eBay invoices.
Sometimes I get three or four of these 'montreal' referenced emails, then back to the actual buyers.
