Why can I no longer ship Canada Post worldwide and to the US, it is only one or the other.

I used to be able to choose many different shipping options, now I am limited to Canada plus Worldwide or US, but it does not allow all three.  Maybe I am missing something, but I do not see a place for a third shipping option.

Under Shipping Details on the Sell Your Item form  above, look for Offer Additional Services.

Choose Custom Location.

If you choose USA the first time, do NOT choose it again. Nor should you choose N&S America. These will override your US rate with the higher International Rate.
