Them's the rules.
Be sure to file unpaid item disputes and be sure to put bidder blocks in place to keep buyers with strikes against them from bidding/buying your stuff.

Besides, negative defied back wouldn't do any good for the majority of sellers who use fixed price listings. They don't see who their buyers are until after they've clicked on buy it now.

I AGREE WITH YOUR QUESTION. ITS NOT FAIR! THEY CAN LEAVE ALL KINDS OF ,UNTRUE, NASTY COMMENTS BUT WE AS SELLERS HAVE TO SUCK IT UP? THERE IS NO FARENESS IN THIS PROCESS. AND HOW EXACTLY ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF A BUYER IS GOOD OR NOT, THEN? IN THE LAST 7 DAYS I GOT 2 NEG FEEDBACKS FROM PEOPLE THAT WERE NOT ACCURATE. I TRIED THE EBAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUT GOT NO REPLY AND NOTHING HAPPENED. I WOULD LIKE SOME ANSWERS ASWELL!
