How do I make the "unanswered question" alert dissapear in my "active selling" list, once I have replied? Sometimes it dissapears by itself but apparently, sometimes it doesn't. It is kind of annoying visually. Thanks.
Sometimes you can find a drop-down menu next to the listing that tells you it's one of your Unanswered Questions which allows the user to manually Mark As Answered. But that might be a view only afforded to the who use Selling Manager since I recall that's where I see it.
