I will be forbidden to shop on Ebay because he does not answer, it's me who will get the **bleep** of it and it is his responsibility to answer me so I can pay him, I saw he had one negative on Ebay.Och I do not know how to email to Ebay for answers, now start getting fed's email I have sent to him no answer.

Are you the buyer or are you the seller?
If you are the buyer:
Did you check to make sure the seller ships to Canada?
If he ships to Canada, but did not give a shipping cost, did you ask him BEFORE BIDDING how much shipping would be?
If he ships to Canada but did not give a shipping cost before you bid, and you bid anyway, did you know that he can charge any amount he thinks is reasonable and eBay will back him?
If he does not ship to Canada, he can Report you to eBay as an unwelcome buyer. This will end the transaction and you will not be able to leave feedback, but does not affect you in any other way.
If he does not ship to Canada, but opens an Unpaid Item Dispute, you can offer to pay once you know a shipping amount. If he does not enter a shipping fee, he will lose the dispute. He won't ship though.
How long has it been since you purchased? Some sellers do not work on weekends.
Have you looked in your email account and your Paypal account for an invoice? Sometimes these arrive at different times.
Don't panic.
When English is your second language, it is useful to write out your problem in your mother tongue and then use Google Translate to change it to English. Be careful of grammar and spelling. There may also be another member who can answer your question in your first language.
