I started a request to ask a seller to confirm whether an item that was long overdue was properly sent because the tracking number would not work for me. They responded that they used a fake tracking number and asked me to wait another ten days. Then the item dissapeared from my summary.
Does a seller have the ability to cancel an order so that a buyer cannot leave feedback? Is there another reason that this item has dissapeared from my summery? I can still access details of this purchase through the open request.
