Why is the seller considered a "Top-Rated Seller" when he continues to have negative feedback. Recently I bought a pen from him based partially on your endorsement and received an inferior pen. The next day, he relisted the pen that I had won in his auction as a "Buy It Now" at three times the price of my winning bid.
I have now returned the pen for a full refund plus my return shipping costs. I am not holding my breath that I will get any money back. We shall see.
