Why won`t USPS postage print from my Ebay.com site. I live in Canada, it lets me fill out the form and pay thru. PayPal but will not print.

You need to have a US based paypal account to print USPS postage .through ebay.

In order to open a US based paypal account you need a US bank account and a US address.

If you have a US address and need to print USPS postage without opening a bank account use stamps.com, they have a free version for ebay sellers.
