Hi ..Under Shipping/Payment section of the listing ..do you see seller requires immediate payment . If so , shipping must be stated to Canada or eBay cannot complete the purchase.

Solution is contact seller..revise to add shipping or remove immediate payment.

OR.. seller does not ship to Canada.. ask seller to make an exception and add your ID to their blocked bidder exemption list.

Are you the buyer or the seller?

If you are the seller, you need to give the shipping fee for the buyer's country in your Terms of Sale or if you didn't you need to send an invoice after he wins giving your shipping fee.

If you are the buyer, either the shipping will automatically show on the invoice eBay sends or you have to contact the seller for a corrected invoice.

Rarely, when a seller is listing on several eBay sites (like dotCOM and dot CA) eBay cannot make a combined invoice. The seller may manually send you a Paypal invoice to combine the transactions. The invoice should indicate the eBay listing numbers. Paypal Buyer Protection is almost identical whether the purchase is on eBay or not. So that should not be a concern.
