can i activate a bell canada pvr or satelite receiver either new or used bought on ebay

If i buy a new or used bell satellite or pvr receiver on ebay will there be any problems with activating it?

The best thing you can do is to contact your satellite tv provider and ask them,after all it is them that will or won't activate the receiver.
