sold a drift hd camera when buyer got it he said was working fine except for a plastic bracket i sent anyway 3 days latter he sends me a message camera will not beep when turned on ,so i decided i was going to refund him as soon as he would give me a tracking number but he says i got to refund him first ,how do i know he will ship it back to me does he have to give me a tracking number when he ship it back how am i protected on this.thankyou

As per ebay, do NOT refund him until you get the item back! The tracking no. is for his protection so that he can have proof of his return to you. It must be returned to you in the same condition that you sent it.

If there was a problem with this item when you sent it to him (not working properly) a good seller will refund all of his shipping as the buyer should not be out any money for a non-working item.
