cancel invoice

Not sure on correct topic.  Bought item but when I go to pay it says 'Seller does not ship to PO Box and that is all I have. Seller does not seem to know what to do as they will make an exception and send it to me but doesn't seem to know what to do.  I've never sold on eBay but I wouold imagine there must be a way to reinvoice in these cases.  The seller seems new to eBay and as a Buyer I am too.

Any ideas on what the procedure is?

If the seller uses post office for shipping,all he has to do is address the package to the PO box. If the seller uses a courier service such as UPS or FedEx you will have to add a street address to PayPal or ask if the seller will change the shipping method to a postal service.

Hello Karlen,

The seller may need to add you to his list of exemptions, as this should permit you to go through with the payment.  Send him this link if he is not sure how to do it:

If you instead with to cancel the transaction, he will have to send you a request to do so, but if he does not know how to do that either:
