I have been in communication with a member who has a censored-user-id in addition has a Private feedback setting. I suspect a Troll. I wish to block this bidder due to trust and aggressive nature to messaging correspondence with this specific member. Can I simply add the censored-user-id to block list --- due to nature of eBay's intervention of id will the actual member be blocked, will ALL censored-user-id's be blocked, or will ANY censored-user-Id be blocked as it is not the original User-Id.
