change address on invoice

Buyer wants to change shipping address on invoice after it was sent, and have new invoice with new shipping. i.e. change from sending to Korea to USA

Not a problem.

Have her enter the US address on her PAYPAL  account.

Make sure that when she pays she uses the US address.

With the US address (perhaps a trans-shipper? also not a problem) you would be charging less postage?

I concur with the answer above. Assuming, of course, you don't have a reason to restrict shipping to the USA and/or the buyer hasn't already paid for the first invoice in which case it is a whole other kettle of fish. Many buyers have alternate shipping profiles with paypal because they have alternate addresses.
