did anyone else lose a bunch of their positive feedback suddenly?

I went from having around 2500 positive feedback to having under 2000, I contacted eBay and they said there had been a glitch and they would rectify the problem......that was over 1 year ago and they have still not put my lost positives back on my account! Did this happen to any other members?

So far, you have received a total of 2,477 feedback and have left 2,566.

Your feedback rating is 2,101 which is normal since multiple feedbacks received the same week are counted as "one" only in the rating. For example, in December 2013 you received two positive feedbacks from the same seller. While "2" will be included in the total count received (2,477), only "1" will be added to the rating (2,101).
