didn't receive item

 i  bought a bra in   july 2016  there was postal stike i understand that  but now its november  have not received it  buyer always giving me excuses  about sending my money back  says he sent  it  being so nice nothing ever happens

There was no Canada Post strike -- lots of threats but no strike,

 

Where did your seller "send" the money?  If you used a credit card the payment should have been refunded to your credit card.

eBay's claim period for Item-Not-Received (INR) is 30 days after last estimated day of delivery -- you are past that claim period

 

If you paid with PayPal go there and open an INR claim -- you have up to 180 days after purchase.

You still have time to open an Item Not Received Dispute on Paypal.

The Resolution Centre is at the top of your account page under Tools.

The first suggestion is to contact the seller.

You have already done that, so escalate to a Claim.

If the seller cannot prove delivery, he will be forced to refund you. (As in PP will refund you and go after him for their money. He will not like that.)

 

When eBay and PP split, PP's deadline for claims got a lot longer. And many sketchey sellers do not realize this.
