This is eBay CANADA and if you list on this site, your listings will be seen by Canadian shoppers.
If you also give shipping fees for other countries, your will be seen there too. And your prices will show in both Canadian dollars and in the local currency.
I would suggest that before you list anything for sale here, that you do some buying.
First, because your feedback is a measure of trust. Low feedback sellers have a hard time finding good customers.
And because it will give you an overview of how the site works for your future customers.
Usually the suggested purchases include a digital metric scale, a measuring tape, and poly or bubble envelopes for shipping, because the hardest part of selling on eBay is figuring out shipping.
(There is a rate change coming on Canada Post on January 16 for example).
Come back and ask if you run into specific problems. There are lots of nosy helpful posters here.

Hello 'gal_green',
<does ebay list in canada as well so people there can see what im selling>>
You are in the US, right? If you set up your listings to include shipping to Canada all your items will appear on the Canadian ebay. Finding a shipping fee for Canada is easy, -- you need the packed weight of the item, the dimensions, and where it is going, and find the shipping fee here:
https://ircalc.usps.com/?country=10054
First Class International to Canada provides tracking -- giving you that all-important Delivery Confirmation, at a reasonable cost to buyers.
Is this the ID from which you wish to sell? If so, and you do not have any other 'buying' ID, then yes, you should buy a few little things to get a bit of feedback and familiarize yourself with the system. If selling is new to you, begin by perusing this link here:
