According to the CP ebay page it says:
Save 25% when you ship by Expedited Parcel™ within Canada or to the U.S.A.
Save 8% when you ship by Xpresspost™ and Regular Parcel™ within Canada.
Save 9% when you ship by Xpresspost – U.S.A. and Xpresspost – International.
Are these numbers accurate? I did a test sell item and it seemed to do the normal prices, if not more expensive.
Can anyone confirm?
If true, expediated to US would go from about $18.50 to $13.50.

It makes a big difference on Expedited to the Excited States, keeping in mind dimensional weight. Makes a big difference for Expedited within Canada. Dimensional weight within Canada is less important.
Isn't it 20% right now?

So do these rates show after the sale? The "research" rates are just normal rates, I'm assuming.

You will get these discounts only if you use paypal shipping and print and purchase your shipping label with paypal.I believe, I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong 🙂

I'm not good on the arithmetic, but I understand that the 25% may be 20% depending on whether you work it up or down.
But there is a definite discount- IF you print your shipping labels through Paypal.
If you don't want to do that, you can get a VentureOne card from Canada Post and get about 5% off your label purchases at the PO counter.
If you want a discount on actual stamps you'll have to go to a private seller. There's one in Ottawa. B-)

Thanks a lot everyone. I played around with paypal and it is 20%, which is great.

I am a Canadian seller with a store with ebay.com. I have never printed a lable through paypal as I assumed it would not have the Canadian rates. Can one do this on the .com site or only ebay.ca if they are in Canada?
Thanks

You must do it on the .ca site but it doesn't matter what site you sell on.
