ebay customer service so darn slow

Hello all, I sent ebay customer service on July 23, 2 items that I'm having problems with and still no response back.

Can you guys direct me to the PS customer service, maybe that will be faster?

I can't find the ebay customer service phone # to call. They still exist?

Well you guys with 5,000, 10,000, 50,000, 100,000 Fb's dont have to worry. One little neg and all 1's DSR won't dent your record.

But I buy and sell as a part time hobby. When I get hit with a neg and all 1's DSR it hurts. It is total BS. 2 out of 4 DSR's didn't even apply to this deal becasue buyer backed out.

I'm hoping that ebay will make an exception since this idiot buyer had 0 FB's before nailing me.

I will keep trying.

I buy and sell as a business and therefore would have more to lose than you would as a hobby seller. Low DSR's and neg's will hurt any of us if we get enough of them. I just channel my energy into trying harder to improve customer service.

This board is your best resource for good advice. No matter how much you berate the sellers with higher feedback than you, they will still be here to answer your questions. You will never get that from eBay.

Well just today I had the neg FB removed by eBay. Under the category "A buyer does not pay for an item and, A buyer fails to respond to a reminder about an unpaid item".

Thank God. I knew there had to be a way. I mean this idiot buyer had 0 FB. He was playing some kind of sick game. After a phone call to eBay, they investigated all our back and forth emails and determined that this buyer had no intention to pay and had possible false contact information as well.

Oh one last thing. For all you P Sellers that said I didn't have a hope in heck on this neg removal, I just want to say.

Even a rookie PS like me can teach you old fox's new tricks lol.

PS I found really all of you who commented to be very friendly and helpful, even if comments had a negative tone.
