Your US seller is using the Global Shipping Program.
He ships your item to KY with USPS delivery confirmation. That is the end of his responsibility.
GSP (run by Pitney Bowes) will then ship your item to Canada, where they will transfer it to a Canadian shipper for delivery.
This may be CanPar or more likely Canada Post.
