hi I have been blocked from a company called kingly and I had bought over 60 dresses last year and now im blocked from bidding I have contacted them and they said its ebay who is doing this ,im a good buyer and I pay with paypal always ,so please inform me as to what I can do to have this matter worked out .thanks

EBay doesn't block buyers.

Sellers block buyers.

The seller may have put in place new policies that, by accident, blocked you.

Ask them to exempt you.

If they won't or can't, spend your money elsewhere.
