how can I get in contact with ebay directly

i ordered on of those panda piggy backs back in january, and its now almost july and i still havent gotten it. i have contacted the seller many many times with them telling me there is nothing they can do to refund me, and keep telling me they will send a new one. a second one was sent apparently on april 22nd, and still nothing has come... i have tried opening a case, but the item doesnt even come up anymore for me to open anything, and i cant find a way to contact ebay directly... im very frustrated with this seller... anyone can you help me?

If you paid with paypal, go to your paypal account and try to file an item not received claim through there.  Starting in about mid January paypal started allowing claims for up to 180 days after purchase. If your purchase was made after that you should still be able to file the claim

You can google ebay's phone number but they will not be able to help you as you have missed the time guidelines for putting in a claim through them.  If you paid with a credit card, your cc company may be able to help you.

BTW- the seller is a scammer.

He doesn't have any pandas or any stock at all.

He sells stuff at such a low price that most people forget they ordered.

If someone, like you, calls them on non-delivery, they promise a replacement.

Then they don't send that either.

Eventually the deadlines for refund time out.

All those quarters and loonies mount up-- especially is $6800 annually on average-- and many earn less than the average.
