Unless the seller has blocked the option, go to the invoice, correct the shipping DO NOT HIT RECALCULATE  and now you have the corrected invoice.

Pay it.

If the seller has blocked the option, ask her politely to correct it.

I don't think that ebay allows buyers to ever change the shipping cost on invoices, the seller has to change the invoice. At one time buyers could change the price in some circumstances but I believe that changed a while ago.

Annoying as it may be to the occasional buyer, who has to wait for the seller to correct an invoice, that was probably a good move on the part of eBay.
