Buy it from a reputable retailer like Henry's- who have both an eBay and retail store presence.

Buy from a seller with high feedback and 4.9-5.0 Detailed Seller Ratings. If he seems to have a lot of negative feedback, read it. Some negs are given for very odd reasons and by extremely odd people.
